About Octech

OCtech is the e-Newsletter published by Organizers' Collaborative -- to provide information on the use of computers and the Internet by social change organizations. OCtech operated as a basic text e-newsletter from 1/2000 to 5/2005. Since 1/2006, the OCtech e-newsletter has provided updates on new content that is posted at oc-tech.org.
